When refelting a pool table is there a top/bottom side of the felt?

We are refelting our pool table and are unsure if their is a right way up to lay the felt. My partner thinks one side is fluffier and one is shinier, I can’t tell. Table didn’t come printed or with any tags or stickers indicating a correct way up.

      The top is facing up.

      For pool tables sure you can buy enough felt to cover your table cloth meant for 10 or 15 bucks but its just waste of money it costs some money it is ruined get cloth meant for 10 or brunswick yeah it is not for pool table.
