What is the best way to level a three piece slate pool table?

I have a 8 ft pool table with a three piece slate, but unfortunately between the middle slate and the end slate there is a slight “bump” where the edges aren’t even. What would be the best way to fix this without hiring my local billiards shop to come out and take it apart?

      sand slate until smooth pay attention to the joins when sanded use a 2 mix Bondy use a straight level at the bottom of the legs there should be adjustable screws that enables the table to be raised or lowered
