shay b asked: One carpet guy said to have the pool table taken apart, which is a couple hundred dollars. It would be a logistical problem to have the pool table folks come, take the table apart, carpet guy do his work, people come back to reassemble the table. The thing is, he seemed to not really be sure about what he was talking about, so I don’t know whether to have him do the work. I think the wrinkles could be stretched out with the table in place. If I can get someone to agree to do it with the table in place, will they be able to do it? I don’t want to pay to have the carpet guy come here if it’s not going to work, but I don’t want to deal with the table if it’s not really necessary. Thanks for any help!

Drama♥Girl asked: Within the last couple days when I play pool on yahoo, my table window will close and automatically force forfeit me in the middle of a game. Just the table window, not the lobby. Anyone know how to fix it?
Also whenever I get booted, I have to restart my entire browser because it freezes up on me.
I use firefox - any ideas how to fix this?
Each time I scanned for viruses and spyware I didn’t get anything.
Also I already updated Java and have their newest version.

koyotee asked: I install pool tables. Lots of pool tables, but I now have to level a one piece pool table. I tried leveling under the slate but everything goes haywire. I was told by my brother who worked for a vending company to just shim the legs. Is this right?

Frisky asked: We want to have a pool table moved to a different room in our home. I heard that we’d have to buy another felt top for the table. It’s a pool table that originally was only $400 from Sears… and cost $300 to put together. I’m wondering would it cost about $300 or maybe $600 because it’s being taken apart and put back together?
Even if it is not slate but the alternative stuff?

wfs asked: This house is about fifty years old and the floors are original and sturdy. I have a very heavy antique pool table that weighs about 2000 pounds, 10 feet by four and a half feet. My wife says it will fall through the floor. I think it is ok because the weight will be distributed.

michael_barnecut asked: 30′X15′: So long and skinny. Floors are light hardwood, pool table is dark stained, room is white right now and there is a west facing plate glass window. Not sure what color would help bring out the hardwood floors and table the best, everything else in the room can be changed. Also thinking about doing crown molding, any suggestions?
